Operating a technology‑driven, paperless supply chain, Ninjacart transports up to 1,400 tonnes of fresh produce daily, connecting 44,000 farmers directly with 60,000 retailers, thereby eliminating multiple intermediaries and slashing transit times from farms to stores.

This direct, efficient model reduces food spoilage by up to 30 % while cutting transport‑related emissions, addressing two major sources of agricultural greenhouse gases: methane from decomposing produce and CO₂ from inefficient cold‑chain logistics. By 2025, Ninjacart had scaled its platform to serve over 200,000 farmers and 60,000 retailers across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, with an annual revenue of ₹1,634 crore.

Every tonne of fresh produce that reaches a retailer instead of a landfill lowers the supply chain’s overall carbon footprint, while digital demand forecasting further minimises over‑production and waste.
